Manifesting can be a powerful tool to help us reach our goals because it works on both a conscious and subconscious level.
By focusing our thoughts, beliefs, and intentions on our desired outcome, we can program our subconscious mind to work towards that goal as well.
And what better way to focus on our mindset than going on a morning manifesting walk to intentionally set our day up for bringing in good things?
5 reasons to start focusing on building a daily manifesting practice
Manifesting starts with clearly defining what we want to achieve. By setting clear and specific goals, we give our minds a target to work toward. This helps us to focus our energy and attention on the things that matter most to us.
When we have a clear vision of what we want to achieve, it can be incredibly motivating. By visualizing ourselves achieving our goals and feeling the emotions associated with that success, we can tap into the power of positive thinking and feel more inspired to take action towards our goals.
Manifesting can help to boost our self-confidence by giving us a sense of control over our lives. When we believe that we have the power to create the life we want, we feel more empowered and capable of achieving our goals.
Align our actions with our intentions
By focusing on our desired outcome, manifesting can help us to align our actions with our intentions. This means that we are more likely to take actions that are in line with our goals and less likely to get sidetracked by distractions or obstacles.
When we focus our thoughts and intentions on our goals, we begin to notice opportunities and possibilities that we may have overlooked before. This is because our minds are more attuned to these opportunities and we are more likely to take advantage of them when they arise.
1. Go for a walk in the morning
Go figure that an essential part of a manifesting walk is walking. ;) You can go for a walk outside. Or if you have a walking pad or treadmill, you could walk inside if the weather isn’t good. I recommend doing this in the morning because it’s a great way to start the day with a positive mindset. When we wake up, we’re at our freshest and we haven’t had anything come up yet that might take us out of this high vibe frequency.
Also getting sun exposure first thing in the morning can help you feel energized going into the day!
2. Go for a 10-20 minute walk
Walking in itself has a ton of benefits. Even if you just have 10 minutes per day, it can have numerous benefits for your physical and mental health, including boosting mood, improving cardiovascular health, enhancing brain function, boosting energy and losing weight.
I love a good “habit stack” which is basically just adding on a new habit with another habit we’re already doing. By making your walks that might already be a part of your routine more intentional, you can essentially double the mental benefits!
3. Listen to a manifesting playlist
Not to toot my own horn, but this manifesting playlist is fire! A lot of what I’d already seen on Spotify wasn’t quite what I was looking for. This is intentionally curated for you to feel your best, while attracting what you want out of life.
4. Hold onto your mental state
According to Abraham Hicks, you can change your life by holding onto good thoughts around something for more than 17 seconds. Imagine how powerful you will feel if you hold onto positive vibes around what you want for an entire walk? Use the playlist as a guide to keep you feeling good.
Before we go, I want to clarify that manifesting is not a “quick fix” or a substitute for doing the work. You still have to show up, and decide to do the work that you feel inspired toward. It’s a tool that you can use to feel more in alignment with what you want to create.
And by focusing on taking control of your life every single day, it becomes far more likely that you will attract the life you want.
