Kira's wellness journey began in 2015 when she was studying Public Relations & Marketing at DePaul University with a full academic schedule, an internship, and two part-time jobs. Working that hard was causing extreme stress and anxiety, so she turned to fitness and meditation as a way to release pent up energy and calm her mind. She quickly became enthralled with feeling her best all of the time & started to clean up her diet & adjust her habits.
In 2019 after leaving a sales career with Equinox, she set out to combine her business background and passion for wellness & productivity into a blog, Cacti Wellness. Flash forward to 2020, she launched 'Cacti Wellness Collective', a digital content platform for ambitious women who want to take care of business while taking care of themselves. Cacti provides unlimited access to virtual workouts, guided meditations, and productivity workshops, and they keep all content under 20-minutes to help their members efficiently & effectively achieve their goals.
