Katey Sanders is a Mindset and Habit Mentor helping perfectionists & people-pleasers prioritize their needs without it adding to their to-do list. After struggling with her health and self esteem for years, she was able to make lasting changes when she least expected to, and finally saw that she wasn’t living life the way she wanted - so she set out to change that and show others they could do the same. Through intentional mindset work and small habit changes over time - she began a continuous journey of self discovery, love and growth. She believes that we’re all capable of living with purpose and passion, and that intentional work on our mindset and focusing on small, daily changes compounds into massive self growth. She works with her cents to eliminate the clutter stressing them out, get clear on their needs and goals, and create a simple, realistic path forward that restores their energy, time, and joy in their life.
