5 Coffee Alternatives To Avoid The Afternoon Caffeine Crash

Sometimes I feel like there is not enough coffee in Colombia to make me a morning person. Plus I’ve learned that it isn’t a good mix for anyone that suffers from anxiety. The caffeine in coffee is a stimulant to your nervous system, which triggers a spiral of different sensations that can actually cause a panic attack to happen. For this reason alone I wanted to try to train myself to drink less, or switch entirely to alternatives. But if you’re anything like me your love affair with coffee is addictive and steamy, and not an easy one to break free from. First up on the list is the stellar world of mushrooms and their magical way of tasting just like coffee.
